Child car seat guide
An uncomfortable fact
The safe use of car seats for babies and children concerns
us all. Whilst researching we found lots of information from different
sources, all very helpful, but not always concise or comprehensive. That's
why we've written this guide; it contains all the information you need
to make an informed decision and offers further contacts should you have
additional questions.
Each year approximately 25 children aged up to 11 years
old are killed, and around 400 seriously injured whilst travelling in
cars.
What you can do
Travelling in a properly fitted child car seat, appropriate
for their weight and size, is the best protection for all children. This
guide gives advice and information to ensure your child is properly protected
for every journey.
