Who do I pay for the repair work?
You pay Diamond's Best Friends Garage Network for the work and they pass on your payment to the garage. This helps maintain consistent and fair pricing, making sure you're not paying too much, or for work which is not necessary.
How do I pay?
Diamond's Best Friends Garage Network will take your credit or debit card details when you phone them to book your vehicle in. However, no money will be deducted from your card until the work has been completed.
What happens if the quote changes?
Diamond's Best Friends Garage Network will contact you directly with details of any changes to your quote, prior to any additional work being carried out. You can then decide whether you want to approve the extra work or not. If you decide not to proceed, you'll only be charged for the work which was originally agreed.
