Diamond Cashback Terms and Conditions
- No purchase necessary to enter the free prize draw.
- Entry into the prize draw is open to residents of UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old.
- The prize is for one person each month to receive £50 cash.
- Entry into the prize draw is secured through one of the following routes:
(a) By signing up to Diamond Cashback and then entering your firstname, surname and address in the ‘Profile' section; or
(b) By signing up to Diamond Cashback and then entering your firstname, surname and address in the 'Profile' section as a result of clicking-through on the following link from a referral email from an existing Diamond Cashback user: www.diamondcashback.co.uk/secure/refer.php?referrer or
(c) By clicking through to www.diamondcashback.co.uk from the Diamond Best Friend's Club email newsletter; and by signing up to Diamond Cashback and then entering your firstname, surname and address in the ‘Profile' section or
(d) By clicking through on a link to www.diamondcashback.co.uk from www.diamond.co.uk and then entering your firstname, surname and address in the ‘Profile' section.
- Closing date for the free prize draw is the last day of the month in which sign-up entries are received.
- The winner will be selected at random no later than the 5th day of each month, in the month following that in which they signed up to Diamond Cashback and entered the prize draw.
- The winner will be notified by using the telephone or email details provided, no later than the 12th day of the month, in the month following that in which they signed up to Diamond Cashback and entered the prize draw.
- Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of notification.
- If a winner fails to respond to the notification that they have won after 28 days, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and we reserve the right to select another prize winner at random (in which case the same contact process will apply). Similarly, if any entrant is found not to have complied fully with these terms then we reserve the right to disqualify them and we may select another winner at random. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to withhold awarding of the prize until proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed. If satisfactory proof is not produced on request we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner. We shall be entitled to recover any prize awarded if it subsequently transpires that the winner was not entitled to it.
- The prize winner's name will be available 28 days after the draw date – send a SAE to: Diamond Cashback Competition Winner, EUI Limited, Capital Tower, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AZ
- By entering the prize draw entrants are consenting for use of their name and region on the www.diamond.co.uk website and/or emails sent from Diamond should they be a prize winner.
- The £50 cash prize will be sent by recorded delivery as a cheque made payable to the winner. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
- Only one entry per household is allowed.
- Neither EUI Limited nor our suppliers or agents in connection with this promotion will be liable for entries that are late, not received, lost or go astray, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network or other connections which may limit or prevent your ability to participate in the draw, whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server failure, viruses, bugs or other causes outside our control. We cannot promise that the site and other services relating to the promotion will be free from errors or omissions, or that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operational condition throughout the promotion period. Services and/or entry into the promotion may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair or for causes reasonably beyond our control. However nothing in these Terms will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
- The draw is not open to employees of EUI Limited, and their immediate families (including any live-in partners or household members) of EUI Limited or other group companies of Admiral Group Plc, their subsidiaries, branches, agents or any company associated with the competition and those involved in the promotion.
- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
